Best releases of Movies in 4:3 format

For Funimation, last 4:3 Movie release was that DB 4 pack back in late 00's, afterwards, it's strict 16:9 :( Are there any worldwide DVD/BD releases of Movies in 4:3 format, that had better video quality than Funimation Single releases? :)

Not worldwide but IIRC the French DVDs are extremely high quality. There are some Movie 9 clips in particular that have made the go rounds a lot.
