Hi mates:
I have discovered an old DB website in Portuguese with some inexistent fusions. Some of them looks fan-made but a pair of them looked non canon but official. With "non canon but official", I mean they looked drawn by Toriyama himself even if not in a canon context
Well, this is the web:
http://www.geocities.ws/rxtrunksbr/Fusoes.html
All of the inexistent fusions looked fan-made except to Denderotto, Mr. Kakarot and Piririn. Mr. Kakarot appeared in Bu saga in Goku's imagination but… where Denderotto and Piririn appeared? That images look like magazine scans. I guess Toriyama drew them in a joking context but I don't know anything about?
Do someone know the origin of this?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Parodic fusions by Toriyama
Piririn stems from a fan fusion design contest held in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1995; he was one of the designs Toriyama made as an example to guide contestants on what to do. We guide readers through the entire contest and all of its winners on this page:
https://www.kanzenshuu.com/tidbits/official-fan-fusion-designs-part-1/
(I shamefully have yet to complete Part 2 which has the three winning designs incorporated into Dragon Ball Fusions on the Nintendo 3DS!)
As you noted, the Goku + Mr. Satan and the Goku + Dende fusions stem directly from comments Goku makes in the original series, with the manga itself actually getting a theoretical design for "Gotan" in chapter 503.

The anime takes this further, and DBZ episode 268 shows theoretical designs for both of them:

The specific "Denderrot" image in question from the web page you've shared comes from Daizenshuu "10" (the final supplemental volume). I presume it's drawn by Tadayoshi Yamamuro (as much of the promo artwork in these guide books is/are), but it could be taken directly from production material for the show if someone drew the full body for those few frames, in which case it would be one of the specific animators on that specific episode:
