Joseba Etxebarria Uriarte, the Basque voice actor for Goku in DBZ, DBGT passed away at the age of 69, due to the long illness.

Shame he was ill, but at least he is no longer suffering.
Wonder if he recorded for that Basque dub of Super that's yet to be released?

It's a pity to hear that. I have been watching the Basque dub of Z in my spare time and I am impressed by the performances of him and the rest of the cast.

Well, it seems Vegeta isn't the only one who's going to be recast because Felix Arkarazo said that after he finished recording Vegeta in DBS Broly, he was retiring from dubbing in general.
