What episodes have Goku's original SS transformation unaltered?

I rewatched the series recently and remember at least one instance of Masako Nowazas scream unaltered(without the pitch down or Ginyu's VA doing it. I know GT episode 55 has it, but without the original music.

Was there a flashback in Z where they showed this?

Have you checked Episode #96's preview? The actors always rerecorded their lines for the previews.
