Previously on
Kanzenshuu, we were discussing about the broadcast of the Dragon Ball franchise on the then new Adult Swim channel.
Now let's do a brief recap of the broadcast:
* When the channel was announced, they stated that both Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super would be part of the channel's launch line-up. However, this was a half-truth because only Dragon Ball Z premiered and Dragon Ball Super is yet to premiere on the channel.
* The channel is airing Dragon Ball Z with the same shitty remastered masters with pirate audio recordings (likely taken from internet) of the LATAM Spanish dub as Warner Channel's Wanimé block.
* In the first broadcast of Dragon Ball Z, the channel would go to reruns before airing the next arc.
* With the discontinuation of Warner Channel's Wanimé block, the LATAM Spanish dub of Dragon Ball Daima made its TV premiere through Adult Swim.
As of the writing of this post, no movies, specials and other series than Z and Daima were premiered in the channel.

It's weird they haven't aired Super yet when the Goku vs Jiren fight was such a massive deal in Latin America that fans went to bars and stadiums to watch like it was a major sporting event.

Not to mention that Adult Swim is the only current option that WBD has to air Super on TV because there's no way that they will on Cartoon Network again (unless they skip the episode that caused the controversy) and Warner Channel's Wanimé block doesn't exist anymore.

They need to make sure "viewers get sick of the old episodes" once the old ones have run their course they will eventually reintroduce Super.

I wonder if they'll ever add dragonball to the broadcast. I'd like for them to air GT as well.
I can understand them trying to push Daima instead of DBS since it's the brand new toy, but eventually they will have to air DBS since Daima is just 20 episodes long and gets old fairly quick.
