Does anyone like or even know the italian opening?

I am french but the first time I watched db, It was in italian and It always left a good impression.

Even the dub voices are good.

Well, I am Italian 😁

Yeah, the songs are good. They were revolutionary back then, but they've been a huge success, and therefore the singer (Giorgio Vanni) made many more opening songs for other animes (including Dr Slump's remake, and dozens of others which would be OT here), slowly eroding a de facto musical monopoly previously held by Cristina D'Avena. Fun fact: I sung the Italian opening of Z at a karaoke a few weeks ago.

As for the dub, well, yes, while many voices are iconic for us Italians, the dub itself if bad. They tried to correct the course eventually, but most of the damage had already been done during the first series, the Mediaset group is sadly infamous for their creative edits, especially when it comes to names.
