Bebi Vegeta didn't lose his tail out of the blue and his transformation wasn't temporary when he was in his Golden Oozaru form, how come SSJ4 Vegeta transformation was temporary and Vegeta lost his tail out of the blue? What makes them different?
One can say that Vegeta was out of energy, but that can't be true since Vegeta was able to transform into his SSJ form, unlike Goku who couldn't transform into his SSJ form since he was out of ki.
It is possible the Blutz Wave machine on Planet Tuffle was superior than the Blutz Wave machine Bulma used in the Shadow Dragon Saga?

Baby got two doses of blutz waves while Vegeta only got one. Baby's tail was blown off by Goku, so we don't know what would've happened to it had Baby reverted back to normal on his own. As for Vegeta, he likely would've kept his tail if he had it pulled out like Goku did, something I assume he did once the fight with Shenron was over.
