Can you handle Master Roshi's Training?

Goku and Kirillin spend 8 months training for 21st Tenkaichi Budokai/World Martial Arts Tournament.

Here's my thought on menu.

Early Morning Training (Milk Delivery) - I can't wake up at 4:30am; way too early. lol
Even though milk delivery is non-existent (at least in USA; maybe other country has one to this day), carrying a box full of glass bottles is not an easy task. Especially if it requires running, like getting chased by dinosaur (or realistic scenario, mountain lion).
I probably give up within 10~30 minutes.

Mid-Morning Training (Farm Work) - Plowing field with BARE HANDS? No thanks.

End-Morning Training (Learning) - Probably easiest training, but I would be so tired from previous trainings, that I would be sleeping. lol

Early Afternoon Training (Construction Work) - At least I get to use tool. Not that it matters that much.

Mid-Afternoon Training (Swimming) - Depending on season, it would be refreshing, especially in summer. Not sure I would do it on late fall~winter, where it would be freezing. Not too confident about swimming with man eating animal (shark, alligator, crocodile, piranha, etc.)

Evening Training (Avoiding Bees) - Getting stung by bee (depending on species) can be very dangerous, especially for those who are allergic. I was stung by a bee, and it's not pleasant.

I also have to wear 50 lbs. shell (or backpack if it's realistic), so no way I could survive.
I would probably give up at early morning or mid morning/end morning by latest.
No way I could do this for 8 months, let alone a day.

I would probably finish the first day of training, unable to finish the second one due to not being able to recover from the first day, and already be running for the hills by the third day.

Wearing around weighted clothing all day is really rough on your joints too.

Been hiking lately since I moved to a rural area. Going up and down a mount really makes you stronger.

Guess no one is delivering milk nowadays, but taking long walks and hiking should make up for it. I could swim too.

I could finish probably 3 or 4 days in a raw. When I worked in construction it was the only time I have felt true exhaustion, I imagine it would feel something similar to that. Btw after lots of physical work one would eat a lot, just like Goku and it is one of the best feelings ever.
