It's very likely that Vegeta, who wiped out worlds across the galaxy and now taking the role of a galactic peacekeeper, will encounter worlds from his past that he enslaved/decimated under Freeza's command.
It should serve as a fine dramatic irony for him to meet the people whose lives he ruined previously, now as someone who's free from doing that.
Vegeta has generally had the great share of drama from the saga: his history as a slave to Frieza, his evolving relationship with Bulma and Trunks, his meeting with Cabba. This scenario probably will be another milestone for him, if it's written well enough and gives him opportunity to reflect on himself and his deeds.

"Don't take pleasure in destruction!" / "I will not let you destroy my world!"
A true hero goes beyond not the limits of power, but the limits that divide countries and people.

It’s nota great time in history for two heroes to be joining the space cops. If their jobs don't involve roughing up journalists, we’re gonna call it unrealistic.
… Maybe that’s a little too real.
