Vegeto vs Gogeta in the manga

Except for the fact that elder kai claimed potara fusion was stronger, I have another reason to think vegeto is much stronger than gogeta.

Between a buu arc goku ssj1 and goten ssj3, who would be the strongest? I believe that goten ssj3 is stronger. I don’t believe an adult ssj1 is so much stronger than he could beat goten/trunks ssj3.

If that is the case, why should it be different for the fusion? If goten ssj3 is stronger than goku ssj1, then gotenks ssj3 should be stronger than gogeta ssj1.

But vegeto ssj1 was able to destroy buuhan who is around 2x stronger than gotenks ssj3.

So for me vegeto is much stronger than gogeta.

Yes, I agree
Buu seemed to think Goku merged with Vegeta would not be enough and Vegetto also claimed surprise at how strong he got.
Their only prior knowledge of merging bodies and how much power that produces is from the Fusion Dance, so they are basing it on that.

Taking only the manga into account I’d agree. The circumstancial evidence points out to Vegetto being far superior.

But taking into account other material, I think they’re equals or Vegetto is only a bit stronger. Whenever they come up they’re basically treated as the same character with different clothing.

Vegeto beats buuhan in z and zamasu in dbs.

Gogeta beats janemba in dbz movie and Broly in dbs.

Buuhan seems much stronger than Janemba(I put him around super buu in power)

But which is stronger between Zamasu and Broly?

Gogeta vs Broly makes no sense for me. Gogeta fight him with base form, ssj1 and ssjblue. And each form doesn’t change much from the last.
