I'm not sure about these exactly, but the original Dragon Ball did animate two PSA episodes.
One was about what to do in case of a fire, another one was about traffic safety.

I'm just glad we got a picture with Yajirobe in a car out of it.

I like the way the characters look in these arts, the ones sent by Jord especially reminds me of the more “square” look from Junya Furusawa's art, which became closer to Toriyama's art than anything the anime did at the time. Really like it even though they are clearly limited and meant to be simplistic. Some details such as Lunch looking like a collage in the third image, and pre-ROSAT Gohan wearing Goku's gi could easily contribute to people believing that these were AI generated and not real.
