Dragon Ball Z returns to Cambodia

For those unaware, it has been said that Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super aired on a channel called CTV9 in Cambodia with two episodes a day and English subtitles sometime in the 2010s, but very little is known about these airings other than that. One person I spoke to said it was dubbed in Khmer and aired in the early mornings. It was meant to be heavily censored because of the bloody history of the Khmer Rogue era.

Now, as it turns out there may be another Khmer version out there as an OP appeared on Youtube as of April 18th this year. It is a Khmer voiceover of the Japanese OP, but hopefully caps of the episodes are out there. It is apparently streaming on a platform called TV360 Metfone.

Sadly a Cambodian VPN is needed to access it, but just wanted to put this out there for anyone that has one and wanted to watch Dragon Ball Z in Khmer.
Do you have any info about international non-English broadcasts about the Dragon Ball anime or manga translations/editions? Please message me. Researching for a future book with Dragon Ball scholar Derek Padula
