Dave Bridges played adult Goku in the Animax dub of original Dragon Ball, I asked him when it was recorded and he said around 2005 or 2006 so since Bridges was
born in Georgia, USA in 1982 he would have been 23 or 24 at the time.

Tomas Sariฤ: 1971 (40 at the time he voiced Vegeta in 2011)
Russian:

Thanks for the posts, I don't know yet if I'll add them since I'm generally referring to the original voice actors who had a fair amount of involvement in the franchise and have left their mark.
