Just announced yesterday.
The Legend of Shenlong will be released on July 20th and
The Sleeping Princess In Devil's Castle will follow on July 27th.
According to a reliable source in Spain they will become available on other streaming platforms soon as well.

The platform is owned by Selecta Vision and the original series, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Kai are all streaming on it so they are very much the go-to place for Dragon Ball in Spain now.
