Grandpa Gohan and Goku's sleeping habit

Firstly, sorry if this topic sounds perverted.

I haven't read my DB (Chinese version) manga in probably 10 years, but I recall that after Goku meets Bulma, when it's time to go to bed, he gives her the "pat pat" and is confused because she has no balls...javascript:emoticon(':shock:')

It had something to do with Goku and Granpda Gohan's sleeping habits. There was a name they gave it, but I can't remember. Is this even an actual custom anywhere?

I hope I am not making this up. javascript:emoticon(':oops:') Can anyone confirm this for me? And how did they explain the situation in the English translation? I tried to look for the info on google, but the only site I could find with any reference was in Italian.

I think, he was using Gohan as a pillow. That seems normal for a toddler, but a teenager?

You have to keep in mind, Gohan was basically a 90 year old version of what Goku would grow up to be (minus the Saiyan nature that'd always be a part of him), I mean the two laugh the same! Gohan was a kind-of country bumpkin hermit who lived alone in the depths of a mountain and obviously had a pure heart, it only follows suit that that'd go down to Goku, as well as a naive nature since Gohan was the only person Goku knew before Bulma. Goku was probably 11 or just turned 12 when Gohan died, not quite yet a teenager, and he was hardly sophisticated enough to find anything deeper in laying on Grandpa's nads for a comfy nap.
