Dragonball Z Super Saiyan 3 Fan Trailer

Post by JKD-kid » Fri Feb 23, 2007 11:44 pm

I missed school today, so in my free time I decided to make this for one of my favourite times in the entire series. Enjoy http://youtube.com/watch?v=0ju5mxXdfXM

That was actually pretty cool. Too bad it was short though. I really enjoyed it.

Thanks hehe, I like making trailers really short, I think it has a better effect. Makes people want more. Thus they go see the movie/show

That was pretty cool. Where did you get the voices like "To protect the planet he loves"?

Wow you can put on a deep voice  Unless you edited it somehow. And how did you get rid of the background music when Goku was talking cos I couldn't hear it.

it was ok, I guess better than most youtube only videos. But i saw you were using the wrong flash in sony vegas. To do it right use the video FX effects called Add brightness and contrast i think.... (one near the top) and crank that up or down to what ever you need and just fade it out and it will look a lot better
i got a dragonbox ^_^!

haha, yeah I slightly modified it, but it's basically my voice. As for the bacground music, it was there lol, you just gotta listen REALLY closely. Took me a while to tinker with the sounds so it was flushed out.

Wow, that was your voice? No kidding?!

That's incredible, you should consider a voice-over career. :D

The trailer itself was pretty well-made too. Top-notch! 8)

If I may ask. What editing program do you use?

hehe, my friends tell me I should do voice-overs as well, and thanks. By the way, I think Narutoball said it up there, "Vegas Video". And on that note, thanks for the tip Narutoball.

Hmmm... We've got Kirbopher as the narrator within the actual movie, but we might want a deep, trailer-esque voice for the trailer.

Well, JKD-kid, if you're interested, then get in touch with Conan the SSj; he's the one doing the trailer.

JKD, your narration voice is definitely very impressive, though I doubt it'd be fair to Kirbopher to just tell him "You no longer have the part". Kirbopher, I've PMed you a couple times about this, I'd very much appreciate getting your recordings of the Narrator's lines for the fandub trailer (not your Goku reaudition lines). Also, JKD, if you're interested, the demo-trailer is linked in my sig' and all the info about the trailer is here. Let me know if you're interested in recording and I'll PM ya' my email address so you can send the recordings. I look forward to comparing the two voices and choosing a narrator for this.

I'd be glad to help in any way that I can. Just give me the lines if you want, and i'll hook you up. (btw, the demo trailer download was "temporarily unavailable" when I clicked on it, so I'll check again in a bit)

--- Edit

Ok, I got to download it, and that was very epic  PM me your e-mail, and I'll get to doing those voices as soon as I can.

And here I was gonna post this:

NARRATOR: "Coming soon, a DragonBall Z dub like no other."

NARRATOR: "Being brought to you by Room 29 Productions."
NARRATOR: "Fandubbed by a specifically chosen cast of devoted DBZ fans."

NARRATOR: "The fifth known English dub of DragonBall Z movie 3...remastered in Dragonbox format for wide-screen viewing."

NARRATOR: "Are you ready?"

NARRATOR: "Join Son Goku in his never-ending battle against the forces of evil as a rogue Saiyan..."
NARRATOR: "...and his followers intend to cripple the Earth and our heroes."

NARRATOR: "Includes original detail and the true color scheme as intended by Toei Animation..."
NARRATOR: "...never before released in the U.S., translated to English in phenomenal accuracy."

NARRATOR: "Battle for Earth!"

NARRATOR: "Available for download and YouTube viewing in the near future. If you miss this, you miss the newest addition to DragonBall Z history."

Anywho, PM is on its way. ^^;;
