Seeing How People Are Going Custom...

Post by nwoo_2002 » Sat Mar 17, 2007 4:48 pm

Well judging by the amount of threads popping up (although it has been a while to be honest) about making our own custom DVD's, with Dragon Box footage etc... I was thinking that this website might come in handy just to add that 'extra spice'.

They do custom cover art box's made out of aluminum. They do mention them being used for the official releases but seeing how many people seem to be splicing their own versions using Vegeta Saga subs or D'Box footage why not place them in this Dragon Ball case? The GT one looks better to be honest but oh well. What you think?

Yeah, I own the Cowboy Bebop box and I used to have the FLCL one (I gave it to a friend). They're excellent quality and I highly recommend them.

Wow... I'd love to get the 21 disc GT case! That one's amazingly cool! It's cool that people like Kevin Smith and ADV Films are actually getting this guy to do official work for them!

I'll have to disagree with you on that one... I'm one of those that thinks that manga and anime artwork should not be mixed together.

Agreed. Makes it look too much like the old fansub VHS covers.

I'm thinking of scanning in my Dragon Box Cover's and sending them over to him. They would look good as a box cover, especially the last DB single cover with the group shot.

Wow, those actually amazed me. So much as I'm probably going to get the DragonBall GT Box, as well as, the Frieza one. Though I don't know if I should get the GT Box which holds just GT, or GT & the Lost Episodes, seeing as I already have a case for the Lost Episodes. Now all I have to do is order the Frieza and Ginyu DVD's because I only have those Saga's on VHS.

Great find, nwoo_2002!
