My Saiyan spinnoff project - i could use some assistance

While i'm mainly focusing on the language(s), among a few other points in relevance to this proud warrior race,,, i feel that an elaboration on their beliefs system, legends and myths (besides SSJ), history and even a government, ought to go along with it.

I had actually considered tackling many of the aforementioned myself...but later found it too overburdening of a task - so i am seeking some recruits who are willing to help me cover those - who have enough time on their hands. and since this place has among the most intelligent and knowledgeable circles of active DBers around - i figured DaizEX would be my best bet (together with the following Zompist bb community).

My policy is that all must be based using the manga and Mr Toriyama's words - no filler, movies nor any of that piece of crap that is GT.

Furthermore, i have been having a hard time coming up with a decent looking insignia (with originality) to represent the Saiya-jin.. nothing like the one shown in the anime.
