Dragon Ball Z Tenkaichi 2 combo problems with GC controler.

Post by PrincessVegeta » Fri Apr 20, 2007 1:57 pm

Hi guys <^ヮ^>

I've recently bought DBZ Tenkaichi 2 for the Wii, and decided to link it up with the Game Cube controler.

But the problem is that the tutorial mode in Ultimate Training only says about the Wii remote controls and not the Game Cube ones except for a read through explanation in the end. <-ヮ->

So I'm trying to master the Combos but I can't seem to pull them off with the Game Cube controler. I've tryed so hard in training mode's tutorial and I still can't do it <´Д`>

So could anyone tell me how I can pull off a combo using the GC controler, thanks if you can.

If the button lay for the GC controller the similar to that of the classic Wii controller and PS2?

What you can also do is find out what button does what and use it a guide to do the moves.

I tryed that already and all it resulted in was sending my opponent flying and all I could do then is fly up to him.

I hope that guide can help you out. It's unfortunate that they didn't put the GC or Classic Controller controls in tutorial mode.(Or the manual for that matter.) :)

>.>;; I see great big Gamecube controller pictures and button explanations in my manual. (Belgian version)

And for goodness sake, if you buy the game for the Wii, play it Wiimote style. XD It's not that hard! Let alone physically taxing, I play it while sitting down at times.

I would rather use the Gamecube controller than the Wii one, because fighting Dodoria in the RPG mode would almost kill my hand litteraly :?

Really? I almost exclusively play this game using wrist flicks. I can play Sparking! Neo on the Wii for prolonged periods of time without any ill effects on my hands/wrists.

I love using the Gamecube pad. I used Wiimote and the chuck found it too hard to pull off moves , Tried Classic and loved it except it uses Wiimote batteries to be wireless.

My Gamecube pad is simple , They plug in to Wii so no battery waste. I can do all the moves (at leat all the ones I've tried) and , this is the most important factor , but my friends who don't own Wii's come around and can play the game easy.
