What are you looking more forward to ?

Budkoai 3 (we know it'll come sometime :P )
or
SuperSonicWarriors?

I'm actually really intereseted in SSW, the gameplay looks really fast and 3 characters is always a plus. ( *loves Marvel Vs. Capcom 2* )

Budokai 3. I'm not really into fighting games on my GBA, I mostly just use it for RPGs and such... but Budokai 2 blew me away, so I have high expectations for B3.

Not sure really. I've played a ROM of the Japanise version of SSW and it was great, but I'm interested in Budokai 3, especally if some of the rumors and unconfirmed info posted in the DBZB3 thread turns out to be true.

I'm looking forward to both at the moment, not to mention "Buu's Fury", but I guess I'm looking forward to Budokai 3 the most at the moment. I already played the rom for SSW, and it's great, but after all it's limited. I'll be looking forward to understanding what the hell everyone's saying though.

Budoukai 3. It's 3-D an' pr'tier.

I had loads of fun with Budoukai 2, and it's just simpler to enjoy multiplayer on a console rather than on a couple GBA's. And the new characters sound quite intriguing, despite them being mostly filler. Still, I'm interested to see if SSJ4 Vegeta does big bang and final flash. Also, the new fusions are too fun. And GT goku needs an ass whompin'.

As I only have a PS1 and a GBA, I want SuperSonic Warriors more. :P

Both, but after seeing the SSW trailer on the official DBZ site, I'm looking forward to that! They have weird storylines from the look of it though - Vegeta goes Super Saiya-jin cus he's angry that Frieza killed Goku :?

This game has several "What If?" storylines. Yes, they're awesome.

No, no! Supersonic Warriors is a fantastic game! It's just, I'm not looking forward to it anymore since I already have it. I don't need to look forward to it anymore.

Oh, just so you know, Demon King Piccolo is in this game. Play Piccolo's "What If?" Mode to see what I mean.

How good is the game? What exactly can you do? Is there a story mode of some kind or is it all just pick a player and kick each other's asses?

I think he stressed it before but in case you missed it:

There are several storylines based on each Character that don't exactly follow the plot of the show in order to give focus to them. Then there are story modes for each Saga and after that I think other Special Stories.

In addition to that, you have to unlock things similar to Budokai through a Z Store option.

So it is a lot more than just "go beat them up," but there aren't necessarily minigames in addition to the main fighting engine.

So it's more of a Budoukai on GBA in other words?

Except the control is more responsive and has a better fighting engine :)

Feature wise, maybe.

Gameplay wise, it is Psychic Force meets components of Marvel Vs Capcom 2 and Capcom vs SNK 2.

Buuku Tougeki/Super Sonic Warrior's is AWESOME. Thats all I can say about it, I've had the rom for several months (all thanks to SSJ4Kain), and it just blew me away. Its the best DBZ video game ever created since Legends on PSone I think. It even outdoes Budokai in terms of fighting engine, its not very complex, but its very fast, responsive, and is a lot like the show.

My only complaint is - Too many gold ki beams :(

I am hoping for a 2nd Buukuu Tougeki game that'll follow GT and maybe even the movies, and chances are, this could be what the Nintend DS will be getting... two screens....hmmm...interesting...

SSW is okay, but it's not as great as many people seem to think. I much prefer all other DBZ fighting games that I've played over it. Everyone's so hyped about the fact that it's air battles that the miss the fact that the battles pretty much suck. :?

I'm glad it's not like Taiketsu. I was really excited about getting that game, but it wasn't very good, due to a lack of story.

No, Taiketsu sucked simply cause it was Taiketsu. Lack of story was such a small part of that....
