full unreleased ocean episodes on youtube: just a heads up..

Post by bkev » Wed Sep 12, 2007 10:18 pm

Hi all,
Just wanted to let you know that I've found full episodes of the later ocean dub on youtube; last time I checked there were only a few clips, but now full episodes.

Just a heads up since a lot of you like it.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
Well, since it is an entirely different audio track and the episodes are from FUNimation's edited video track as it is...possibly. To be fair, it's not like these episodes will ever be available on legit DVD, plus they aren't entirely uncut (so aren't technically entire episodes). There's also the concept that YouTube is a quality-reducing streaming site with no option for downloading. I guess we'll wait to see what Mike has to say.

I'd prefer if you (general, plural "you") didn't link to completely full episodes, no matter what or where they are. The very fact that you've said they're over at YouTube should be enough for any monkey with half a brain to take some initiative and go find them on their own :).

I believe he's refering to the fact the site itself doesn't let you download. Of course, if someone wants to get something that's on-line somewhre bad enough they can get it. That's a given.

There's a ton of sites out there letting you download Youtube videos, and they aren't exactly hard to find either.
