Okay, upon my browsing of Rock Man/Mega Man remixes out there, I noticed a lone DBZ video sitting in the Related Videos sections. Curiosity killed the cat as I clicked the link to find what appears to be Shigeru Chiba doing a short revamp of a popular Air Man theme remix.

In the original, it goes on about how the player needs Item 2 to pass Heat Man's stage. In order to do that, he has to get it from Air Man's stage. But he can't seem to beat Air Man and finds out he needs Wood Man's Leaf Shield ability. Apparently, he couldn't beat either and gave up.
This one seems to be about being unable to beat "Kakarrot" and "that Namek" from what I can gather. Anyone able to confirm if that's really him and able to gather the gist of what's being said?
I also find it funny that it sounds more like Buggy the Clown than Raditz (well aware he did both of their voices).
