Vegeta in Dr. Slump?

Post by Carrie » Thu Oct 18, 2007 5:18 pm

Ok, maybe not Vegeta, but Ryo Horikawa probably.

While looking at Dr. Slump's wikipedia page, Ryo Horikawa is credited as having played Charmy Yamada. However, on Horikawa's page, there is a list of his seiyuu work and Dr. Slump isn't mentioned. Did someone forget it for Horikawa's page, or is it just flat out wrong on the Dr. Slump page? I just thought it was an interesting peice of ramdom info and wanted to mention it here.

He (Gohan) is weaker. He has the fighting spirit of a wet noodle soaked in water until it barely resembles a noodle. A pebble is tougher than Gohan, because you could conceivably trip on a rock and stub your toe, while Gohan would yield like so much melted pudding. Vanilla pudding. Because he's too pansy-ass to have a strong flavor if he was pudding. Pure water has more flavor than hypothetical Gohan-pudding.

.... I think I lost where I was going there.[/quote]

I don't really have an answer to your question, but this should probably go in the dragon ball questions section of the forum.

Hitoshi Doi's Seiyuu Database is a better source for Japanese VA info. If we look at his page on Horikawa, we see that he is indeed credited as having voiced Charmy.

And he likely doesn't have it listed on his own page because he doesn't feel it was a significant or big enough role to advertise about himself.

It isn't a Dragon Ball question... so General Discussion, if at all, is where the topic should be.

Uhh okay I guess. I just figured because it was a question it belonged in the question forum. My bad I guess.

I would agree with SonEric that it technically belongs in the Questions forum and it is DB related since we're discussing one of the series seiyuu and another creation from Toriyama.

I guess we disagree, but I don't want to derail the thread any further so I'll just drop it. Sorry.
