Just got 3 volumes of DBZ Dragon Box singles today!
The picture and sound is amazing! I really like the box art too!
Well anyway, even thou I thought I couldn't watch the episodes without subtitles I was pleasantly suprised how much I understood. Most everything!
So for anyone having second thoughts about buying the singles, because the lack of subtitles, shouldn't worry. If you've seen the show atleast once you shouldn't have any problems.

Awesome, I hope you enjoy them!
My only gripe is that they use those jewel box cases that don't really look as good alongside regular plastic dvd cases. Plus, they break real easily.

I think the boxes look awesome. And they look pretty durable

Yup. I don't even put them on the shelf in standard position. I stack them in a vertical pile. This should be fine, considering I only have two at the moment

That was fucking adorable and you know it!

You know, I just bought some of the singles too. I watched them on both a regular tube TV and on an LCD and the weird thing is the video looked a lot better on my Sony Wega tube TV. Maybe it was my DVD player (it's pretty old), but I was wondering what type of setups do you guys use for watching the DragonBox singles?

Considering that Majin Forums advertises "full epz" right at the top of the window I really don't see how it's any better than bootlegs.
Oh well. I download Naruto scanslations so I can't say too much.

This thread has just become Epic.
@Kendamu's second to last post:

Resist those urges, pal. He will get his...he will get his...
EDIT: Would you say that Downloading Episodes is worse than chapters? Because I get weekly chapters of Naruto too.(Don't get mad at me, I buy the english ones when they come out. Newest Shonen jump just reached time skip) but I don't do Episodes unless I really need clips for an AMV. I may make another thread on this.
