Post by Freeza93 » Wed Jan 09, 2008 2:21 pm

I found this cd on (i went to the website but i couldn't find it) Ebay an i was wondering if it was worth buying?
I finally bought a gamecube. To bad they don't make any games for it now.

If you don't already have any DBZ music, it's a pretty good buy, especially at that price. They aren't really 'remixes', but rather updated/cleaner mixes of the original songs.

Also, send a message to the seller to find out the name of the record label, to make sure that it isn't a bootleg.

Well just because you saw the same CD on Amazon Japan, doesn't mean that one that's listed on E-bay isn't a bootleg. The bootlegs usually have the exact same covers as the genuine product. The way you tell is by looking to see who made it. If it's EverAnime or SonMay, for example, then it's bootleg.
Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."

I would definitely ask what record company it's from. Usually on ebay if they don't show where it's from it's bootleg...at least from what I have seen.
Trans rights, now!

We actually covered this release somewhat extensively on Episode #0074 of the podcast; you can get some in-depth opinions and sound samples there (albeit at 64 kbps mono, which defeats the entire purpose of this CD, but whatever :P). Hopefully that can also help aid your purchase decision one way or the other.
