Help Identifying/Locating A Particular Dub BGM

It's at 3:13- 4:35. I have been looking for this for the longest. Is this another one of faulconer unrealeased tracks?

The first one is on the cd's but I can't remember where, it's only a small part of whats on the show. When I rememer it I'll make sure to post.
The second is not on any cd as far as I know, there are lots like it but I,ve never heard it on the cd's.

Both of those pieces are by Mike Smith, and were not released on soundtrack.

But they aren't. I own all of the American soundtracks and can tell you right now, those two pieces are not on any of the CDs.

No wonder there's so many music from the american soundtrack..... there was at least 2 or 3 people doing the music while shunsuke kikuchi did all of it by himself. Long live shunsuke.

The second song isn't anywhere on any Bruce Falconuer soundtrack nor song. Sorry. :-/
