Basically I found this part of
DragonBall GT episode 59 and in the minute 7:44 to 8:11 is a really cool song that reminds me of like
Valentine's
Day or anything that has to do with love.

Very cool. It actually reminds me of music that could fit into the Lunar RPG series, but I see what you mean.

To me it sounds like it can fit into the Saint Seiya series. I doubt many Americans have seen Saint Seiya since they never actually got past like the 30th episode and discontinued it. It was very popular in Mexico and introduced many fans to Dragonball including me.
