"Yoake no Kodomotachi" used in what episode?

"Yoake no Kodomotachi" is one of my favorite songs from Dragon Ball, but I still don't know what episode it was used in. Does anyone know what episode it was in and in what context it was used?

It was probably just an image song, and not used in any episode. There's quite a few of those on the "Hit Song Collection" CDs.
