Look decent in my opinion.

I agree. I will, every now and then, have a mini Dragon Ball marathon. While I'm watching, the thought of Vegeta can wreck my mood, and turn me off completely. That said, when I have my mini DBZ marathons, Vegeta plays a central role in my interest, and I couldn't imagine watching it without him. Then we arrive at GT ( I can't really say that I have any mini marathons for it...). When I watch GT, I feel as if Vegeta should be around, but he isn't. Essentially, when I think of Dragon Ball, I think of a series with tournaments, a Red Ribbon Army, and at an extreme level, Piccolo. As for DBZ, I think...Vegeta. I don't like the idea of having Vegeta's role be a cross between a supporting and major character. Either have him, or don't. I think that's one of the reasons that, I personally, don't care much for GT.Chuquita wrote:I feel like there wasn't enough Vegeta in general in GT. It was Gohan Baby sliding Vegeta, actually.DaemonCorps wrote:Better than the last ones, at least. Though is it some kind of unspoken rule that Goku must be on every cover? I would've liked a re-drawing of when Bebi Vegeta was sliding Gohan's (or was it Goten?) face along a wall. I dunno why, but that scene always sticks out to me.
Shows just how much I was paying attention during the seriesCasual Matt wrote:It was Gohan Baby sliding Vegeta, actually.DaemonCorps wrote:Better than the last ones, at least. I'm in the generation of fans that started with Toonami, so I totally empathize with the feeling of having "missed the party", experiencing disappointment, and wanting to experience it myself. But I can't, that's how life is. Time is a bitch. The party is over. Kageyama, Kikuchi, and Maeda are off the sauce now; Yanami almost OD'd; Yamamoto got arrested; Toriyama's not going to light trash cans on fire and hang from the chandelier anymore. We can't get the band back together, and even if we could, everyone's either old, in poor health, or calmed way the fuck down. Best we're going to get, and are getting, is a party that's almost entirely devoid of the magic that made the original one so awesome that we even want more.
