Romantic Ageruyo &Makafushigi Adventure 21st Century Ver

Post by Futabatei Shimei » Mon Apr 07, 2008 10:40 pm

I just found something very interesting on Neowing. Ushio Hashimoto and Hiroki Takahashi are going to sing a 21st century version of Romantic Ageru yo and Makafushigi Adventure. And there are even going to be some new songs written by Yuriko Mori and Takeshi Ike. I don't know if the new songs are Dragon Ball-related, but it's certainly nice to have some new songs by them.

The CD is coming out in Japan on June 4, and will cost 1524 yen.

Edit:
I found this CD's official website. It has the song listings on there:

1. "Romantic Ageru yo (21st Century Ver.)" Ushio Hashimoto
2. "Makafushigi Adventure (21st Century Ver.)" Hiroki Takahashi
3. "Mr. Dream o Sagase (21st Century Ver.)" Ushio Hashimoto
4. "Aoi Hoshi ni Umarete" Ushio Hashimoto & Hiroki Takahashi
5. "Inazuma Challenger" Ushio Hashimoto & Hiroki Takahashi
6. "Romantic Ageru yo (Remix Ver.)" Ushio Hashimoto
7. "Makafushigi Adventure (Remix Ver.)" Hiroki Takahashi
8. "Makafushigi Adventure (English Ver.)" Hiroki Takahashi

Very interesting. Hiroki Takahashi's voice is probably going to sound like in the 2005 Makafushi Adventure CD single.

Ooh! Sounds good. I wish there was a sample out.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
Did I just read that last track right...an English version of the DB Opening by the original artist. Wow that is impressive now if I only had the cash to get that cd.

See, this is what I get for getting all depressed about that damn "Super Survivor" CD and stopping my usual searches for new CDs :P.

Thanks! Here's hoping we get better material than the "2005 Ver." releases... :?
