Creating a title/end screen

How do you do this? Is there a function in Premiere that lets you?

What kind of titles do you mean? Personally, I just do a static, still screen of text (with things like the video title, artist, etc). I make it in Photoshop, and just import it into Premiere. Premiere and Photoshop work very nicely with each other!

What size should the image be? Do you have to leave a gap in time before the video starts?

Well... just put it where-ever you want. Personally, I plop them at the end of a video. A second gap or so, fade it up for one second, keep it on the screen for five seconds.

But you don't have to do what I do.

And after the end screen should it just fade to black?
