What the heck, Atari? It wasn't going down with Atari, so why did they do it?

Why does anyone think anything is going to change? Have we forgotten these days?

Furthermore, let us not forget that this "merge" simply means that Atari becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infogrames. They still kinda exist, just within another company.
