I've been looking for this for sometime now, and finally came across one on eBay. The guy's practically giving it away,

I'd bid for it myself, but I asked the seller a few days a go if he would be willing to ship to the UK, he didn't reply, so it looks like it's going to slip by me, but like I said it's a great buy if you're fortunate enough to live in the US.
