I am also looking for the music from this particular Goku vs Kid Buu fight. It starts at 0:13. These songs are hard to find.

They are not hard to find. The background music your looking for is on the Dragon Ball Z Movie 11 OST. It's also on the Dragon Ball Z Complete BGM Collection CD 3 Track 14 ( you have to find it in that track).
