My very first

Well, I finally finished and uploaded my very first amv ever. For it being my first, I'm pretty pleased with it. I took the easy way of removing the subs and now I regret it. There's one scene where I didnt crop it enough and a sentence is left in. Other than that, I dont think there are any huge fatal errors.

'Grats on your first vid.

First, like EX said, try not to use downloaded footage. I for one know that his isn't always possible to avoid, BUT, IF you do, try to not make it look worse than it already does. For instance, the fansubs you downloaded were no doubt in 640x480 resolution, and you stretched it to 720x480.

2nd, NEVER have subtitles in your video. The are distracting, and annoying. Clip them out, or add black bars. It takes about 5 seconds.

3rd, mouth flaps are bad (unless you are lipsynching).

4th, the video gets very random at the end. Insted of having Sasuke fight Gaara and Haku in a video about him and his brother, you should have showed Sasuke fighting Itachi (or getting his butt kicked by Itachi). I'm sure you have the episode when he and Naruto are saved by Jiraiya, right? I would have used that, but that's just me.

Credits are good; so are subtle endings.

there was that one piece at the beginning where i couldnt remove it or it would ruin the quality of the video, otherwise, all the subitles were out.
