Hi, I'm new here. I'm just wondering if there is anywhere on this forum board that we can discuss Akira Toriyama's other works, such as his other manga series and character designs for video games. If not, may I ask why? Thank you.

This is a Dragonball forum nothing more. It is a forum for discussing Dragonball not Mr.Toriyama or his other works. (Of course if they are in relation to Dragonball it's fine, like an interview where Mr.Toriyama talks about Dragonball.)

The Anime Music Videos section is the only section that does not require all of it's topics to be Dragonball related, the only requirement is that they are AMV related and are within The Rules.
So even there you can't have a topic strictly on Toryama, but you could start a topic based on an AMV of Toryama's other works.
