A little bit of info (from Wikipedia):

Podravka is a food company founded in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia based in Koprivnica, today Croatia. It produces the rather well-known product Vegeta and also Ajvar amongst its diverse catalogue.

In Poland, which I use to visit, they have the Vegeta brand. Pretty funny to look after

Vegeta is a condiment sold worldwide, which is a mixture of spices and various vegetables.

Vegeta is produced by Podravka, a company from Koprivnica, Croatia, as well as a subsidiary of Podravka in Poland[1] and two Vegeta licensees from Austria and Hungary. As a testimony to the product's popularity, there have been around 50 instances of other companies attempting to reproduce the product.

You actually can find their products here in North America too. They sell the tins of seasoning in the soup section at the grocery stores around here.

I've found about half a dozen other Vegeta products, but these seem to be their most popular ones.

Plus they seem to own the name "Vegeta" as a registered trademark, I wondered how they pulled that off?

There's a parody of this product with Vegeta (the character) on the logo that's been floating around the 'net for a while. Wish I could find it.
