There are really a lot of games featuring Akira Toriyama's designs for the DS...from all the Dragon Ball-related games (5 games) to Arale DS to the Dragon Quest games (6 games) to Blue Dragon DS to Chrono Trigger DS, the total comes up to be 14 games

I am really wishing for an English translation, although I'm doubtful it'll ever happen.

Huh, that looks pretty interesting. Does anyone have a translation of what that ad says, exactly?

I'm pretty sure we'll have an English patch a month or so after this is released.

The part about Goku just says that it will recreate that section of DragonBall, and that after you clear that part, you'll be able to ride Kinto-un. The rest of the ad just talks about events from Dr. Slump that will be in the game.

I honestly thought this game was already out... how long ago did I post the topic regarding its announcement....?

EDIT: It looks like December... the day after Christmas, to be exact. Wow-wee.
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

Ah I don't run D.S emulators, I was sort of getting at an official English release.

Edit: Oh god I forgot that means I'd have to sit through Arale's awful dub voice.

Did a translation patch ever surface?

What is that Oct. 30, 2008 date doing up there?

Also, really surprised they made/are making a Dr. Slump game now anyway. I know it's fairly evergreen, but is it experiencing any kind of revival in Japan right now?

I think back in 2008 when this topic was created and the Dr. Slump game came out they released the Dr. Slump equivalent of the Dragon Box in Japan. Aside from that I don't think anything significant has happened with the series in the past two and a half years. seriously why would you bump a topic just to break the no bootlegging rule

Oops, totally missed the fact that this thread was from 2008. I wondered why everyone was talking about a game that looked like it had an '08 release date as if it were new.

That's so embarrassing I just want to die.

Don't blame yourself, it's not like you were the one who went rooting around ten pages back and decided to bring back a dead topic.
