Ugliest Villain

Well most of the DB villains were some kind of monster/aliens and tended towards the grotesque.
But which was the absolute most unpleasant-looking?

I pick Semi-Imperfect Cell.

Then maybe Yi...Xing Lang was it? Ah heck, I'll stick with Omega Shenron if you don't mind.

The big fat lug of an alien transvestite - Dodoria. It also didn't help when viewing the poor thing in action with the brightness level cranked up the wazoo in the season 2 set. NEON PINK!
