Bojack Unbound's US/English Opening

Post by Sunlight & City Night » Sun Oct 03, 2004 12:19 pm

I'm guessing everyone has heard the opening theme that accompanies the English language track on "Bojack Unbound".
My question is what does everyone think of it?

I personally think its ok. It’s no "headchala" but its ok.

I have an MP3 of it, I'll upload it as an example.

I just fucking hate Mark Menza and his crappy-ass wanna be rap shit he calls "music". I actually grew to like Faulconer's music, and I was disappointed he didn't [at least] get to do the rest of the DBZ movies. He's the reason I can't stand watching dubbed DBGT for more than five minutes... that rap ship is unbearable. I like rap, but that crap is lame and not appropriate for a Dragonball series.

Um. :/ I don't know if you've even heard this song, but I just finished (thank you, Mugen!) and I don't hear any rap. It's actually a really good song for DB/Z.

I'm not a fan of Mark Menza's work either, but the opening theme for the movies, and the track played when Coola's sentries attack are pretty decent. I don't understand why they didn't go with Faulconer though, his stuff was a lot better. :?

In my regal opinion, the SSJ3 theme was Faulconer's best work. It gave you the sense of "okay, at this point we should 'ooh' and 'aah'"!

His second best was the theme for Majin Buu, as it conveyed that Buu was an utter psychopath that thought this whole "battle for the universe" thing was a game.

My favorite of Faulconer's music was that ultra-dramatic theme that played whenever something big went down.

The Bojack OP is okay.

The one used for the Broly movie is much better though!

Hey Mugenmidget, can you make a mp3 of the op from the broly movie. That one sounds really good.

Sad but true.

I recorded History of Trunks off of TV once, and it had that intro, but my brother taped over it with Resident Evil footage. And I donno why.

That has the history of trunks intro in it. And I would also like to agree that Faulconer is better.

Thank you kindly.

Saved me any trouble I may have considered putting upon myself...

I still say "Rock the Dragon" was the best theme for the dub.

I think this is a Mark Menza track, but I'm not sure. Which dub was it used on?
