Your favourite Dragonball game so far?

We've come a long way with Dragonball games now, there are games for everyone! Fighting games, actions/adventure games, fighting games, card games, fighting games, RPG games, and more fighting games!
I gotta say, I'm a huge fan of Budokai 3, it's always had the most perfect, balanced system.. but Infinite World builds upon that, dispite it being quite cheap in some areas.. so I'll go with Budokai 3, for the memories =D.
What's your favourite Dragonball game, and why?

Advance Adventure.
It's just so fun!
It goes through SO much content, with both side scrolling 'platform action parts' and 2D Fighting game parts.

With all the extras in it (Like all the unlockable characters for Extra Mode), the game just lasts a long time, I love it!

I can never decide which is my favorite. It's always a tie with Legendary Super Warriors, Budokai Tenkaichi 2, and Legacy Of Goku II. The countless hours of my life spent on those 3 games. So much Fun!

Voice acting wise, I'd go for Burst Limit. Sean's delivery as Son Goku was worthy of praise. And plus, it's the only game where he says kaio-ken correctly.

You didn't like BT3? Well to be honest, I didn't, either. There was no uniqueness to over 50% of the characters. And you can obviously tell that Arale and Blue were "last-minute" characters.

Super DragonBall Z. The manga being the main inspiration (aside from Piccolo's fingers), SSJ not being something you can just use and win by default (lawl SSJ4 Goku vs. Raditz), the Street Fighter II fighting system that hadn't been seen in ages...I just loved it.

2nd would be Budokai 3. Very pretty for its time, just lots of corners cut during development.

Burst Limit...was pretty. That's about it.

Still, to this day my favorite DragonBall game is Hyper Dimension. I bought this game way back in 1998 in a little tiny Chinese video game store. It didn't have the box or the book and it was like $50.00. I don't regret anything about it. I played the shit outta that game. I still play it today. Over the years I think I bought it twice. Once in that Chinese shop and another I bought on Ebay cause it had the book and instructions and the price was good. It seems like the only DragonBall game I go back to play. I don't even play the Budokai games anymore.

To me this is right up there with the Street Fighter series. I know the moves like second nature and play with certain fighters when I play with a friend. I will destroy anyone in that game. Wanna try me? Bring it!

Don't have it. For non-GBA games I only have Budokai 2 and 3 (couldn't get into 3 since it's too different from 2, so I can't say if it's good or bad), and my newly acquired BT2. Not sure if I want to spend money on BT3 if it's crap compared to #2.

Might get it if it's at my friend's job, though; he works at a shipping company that sells tons of items like DVDs and video games to the local wholesalers (Wal-Mart, etc). He got my BT2 for $4.99 CDN because he only had to pay wholesaler cost PRIOR to his employee discount.

Well if you're up for fun for about 2 hours and then boredom after wards, buy it, but if I were you, I'd rather not.

I really enjoyed BT3 and Advanced Adventures for different reasons, but if I had to choose one it would probably be BT3. I love that battle system and who doesn't love a character selection of 150? Burst Limit would get and honorable mention for its cut scenes (specifically Super Saiyan Son Goku v Frieza (YOU MEAN KRILLIN!?)). Those scenes blew me away. I'm hoping for a Burst Limit 2 because that has potential to be spectacular.

I liked Legend of the Super Saiyan on the SNES a lot. I liked the way even the weaker characters were useful.

Budokai 3 Greatest Hits. I LOVE it, it's absolutely the one DBZ game VegettoEX should own. I even wrote a full-fledge editorial on it... close to 3 years ago! *hunts for it* Here it is~

Infinite World comes in a very close second.

Err, yeah. I too meant the GH version. I bought the original Budokai 3 on release day, but the GH version was a definite upgrade.

I'd have to go with Budokai Tenkaichi 3. I love it not only for how faithful I think the action is to the source material, but also for it being a unique gameplay experience in general. I haven't seen too many games that play like it, and I always have a blast with it.

Even though they don't play very differently from each other, it's fun having a lot of the more obscure characters to play around with, too. I especially love the bulked-up number of DragonBall (as in not Z or GT) characters.

With all those characters though, I was REALLY disappointed with the story mode. They could've made an insanely thorough set of battles across the whole series with the huge number of characters, but they didn't. So much wasted potential. I miss the story mode from the previous game. On another note, I also miss the music from the previous game.

Regardless, Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is my favourite. Honorable mentions definitely go to Super DragonBall Z and Advance Adventure.

Having only played Legacy of Goku II and Sparking 1-3 I would definetely have to go with Sparking Meteor!

But this little Dragonball game that Jump has created is pretty badass too:
