How will Goku Kill King Piccolo?

Post by LeprikanGT » Sun Jan 18, 2009 3:31 pm

I think this is a legit question, I guess now he will use a Kamehameha? Since in the show he punched a huge circle right through his body.

Ohhhh, I see. Yeah, I would say a Kamehameha would make sense.

I don't think he will kill him. I think he will defeat him fare and square and let him live to fight another day.
I completely respect your opinion, and I respect you. I enjoyed discussing this with you, even if I don't completely agree.

Clearly, Goku will kill Piccolo by performing an action which halts Piccolo's brain activity, stops his heart from pumping blood and supplying vital nutrients to the rest of his body, and permanently ends his respiratory cycle.

Duh.

Will we be getting a lot of Movie threads in the future not being labelled as such?

Well, is the Piccolo in the movie supposed to be Piccolo Daimao or Ma Junior? Or is he supposed to be a combination of both?

It could be that Chatwin-Goku kills Marsters-Piccolo and he spits out an egg, just like in the DB anime/manga. All depends on whether or not there'll be a sequel.

Theres supposed to be 3 movies in all ....... which is ridiculous, b/c they are stopping at what I'm assuming is the frieza/super saiyan fight......but that leaves out cell and Buu. They are treating this like the video games, but not een giving up a cell saga.

This is in no way how I thought the movies would ever pan out. I expected:

movie 1 - vegeta
movie 2 - namek/frieza
movie 3: androids cell
movie 4: majin buu-kid buu

Most likely a combination of both.

I've always pictures the second movie as...

Raditz looks for Goku, finds him, gets killed with him by Piccolo, Vegeta comes down from space, Goku gets wished back, becomes stronger, fights Vegeta, then Freeza comes down to make sure no Saiyans survive the battle, Goku becomes Super Saiyan, saves Vegeta and Earth, and that's the end. Why would they copy the sagas, they didn't do that for Dragon Ball...
I can't imagine how they'd do Movie 3, they'd have to hold a Cell games and then have Boo be born near the end and then destroyed really easily, like the dissapointing ending in Spider-man 3 where Venom is born then killed at the end of the movie...

A cell or Buu movie will most likely never happen.

After the Saiyan saga, any sequels will probably be movie-made situations. Or perhaps they'll take ideas from the anime movies like the Bardock movie or "History of Trunks."

There is no Red Ribbon Army in the first movie, so having Cell in a possible sequel is unlikely.

As weird as it sounds...the sequel being about the Red Ribbon Army might be an interesting move. I know it's totally backwards to the manga, but having Piccolo first helps the first movie establish itself. Imagine the Red Ribbon Army in a semi real world location, might be interesting.

I can imagine they could forget about the army and create some new plot, just an evil scientist creating androids, not to destroy Goku.

Or Red Ribbon Army in the real world with Androids! Fans would probably whine about it being different, but it sounds kind of fun to me. :?

I have pondered this for awhile. Perhaps a combination of the Cell and Red Ribbon arcs? 17 and 18 are created to find the Dragon Balls, and find Goku in the process. Shit goes down, it's revealed that Cell is Gero's secret weapon for world domination and to overthrow Red, Cell says "fuck you" tears apart RR, and then we get to the meat of the Cell saga with Android absorptions.

Red Ribbon taken into a semi-real world concept would be simply amazing if done right.

EDIT: Limp-dicked whiners would bitch there'd be no Gohan, though.
