What is the definitive Faulconer Productions Trunks track?

Trunks is one character I didn't do on my album and I still get a lot of requests for it.

Thing is there are a lot of different takes on Trunks ranging from "Heroic Trunks" and "Episodic Trunks" all the way to "Destruction" and "Future Trunks".

Ultimately the latter two were used in the show more (at least at first)

Then there's the "Trunks Appears" and "Trunks Power Up" school which I think did get used some but sheesh we had so many different versions\styles I just don't know what you guys' perception is ^^.

So what is the definitive Trunks theme in the dub? You tell me

(btw that's actually the toughest one to emulate. I consider that to be one of the most inspired melodies to come out of the studio.)

Cool so that's a vote for Trunks Appears\Trunks Power Up school of thought.

I'm thinking of doing a combo of both of the lighter styles (as opposed to Destruction) but I was also considering making the melody move in a manner similar to the Japanese melodies.

I always loved Episodic Trunks. There is something about it... and I don't know what it is. I think it portrays Trunks' character perfectly; it's mixture of sadness, loss, hope and desire. Really emotional IMO...

Quick question since I'm thinking about it: can anyone tell me where in the series Episodic Trunks is used? I've always just figured that I missed it.

Yup that's me wanking away on both rhythm guitar and leads in Heroic Trunks.

Btw, I have have a live track in the works (for a video). It's not quite what I was originally planning since I want to do it live but I'm not done so we'll see how it turns out ^^

I remember a scene (Buu saga I think?) where Goku teleports to the lookout and part of Episodic Trunks plays.

Heroic Trunks is made of super awesomeness. *considers going to the lobby Piano and seeing what the general just-woke-up dorm population thinks* XD.

Sweet Heroic Trunks is clearly the winner here

That's awesome even when it wasn't really used for Trunks....it was obviously our first take on the character.

Sorry you guys had to suffer through Destruction lol, being a metalhead I loved that track but...I have to admit the first time I placed that music into a scene with Trunks all I could do was LMAO cause it was so ridiculous. Oh well... c'est la vie.

I'm really pretty far into the track at this point. I just need to practice it so I can do it live ^^ I predict some pain there cause live is a lot harder than editing\hacking stuff together.

It's definitely related to Heroic Trunks, but it's got strong elements of Episodic Trunks and Trunks Appears as well. I'd post a preview clip I have rendered out but I want the final version to hit full force
