Rakka is a fictional celestial body that is mentioned by name only in the Sachie-chan GOOD!! manga series by Akira Toriyama and Masakazu Katsura, the first formal entry in the Galactic Patrol series.

General Overview

Mil questions whether Zalid has been brought from either Planet Rakka or Earth.[1]

When Mil confronts the new bodyguards on Planet Octo, he questions whether Zalid was brought from "Planet Rakka" (ラッカ星 Rakka-sei) or "Earth" (地球 Chikyū).[1]

Name

Planet Rakka (ラッカ星 Rakka-sei) may be a play on the Japanese word for "peanuts" (落花生 rakkasei), which would fit in line with the Mil + K'cho + Colate name pun series of "milk chocolate". Incidentally, this also serves as the pun source for Rakasei in the third theatrical Dragon Ball Z film.
