"Dragon Ball The Movies Blu-ray 4" is Toei Animation's high-definition release of the seventh and eighth Dragon Ball Z theatrical films. Volume 4 was released alongside Volumes 5 and 6 in Japan on 05 December 2018.

Dragon Ball Z Movie 7 and Dragon Ball Z Movie 8 are featured on one disc. Theatrical previews and DVD promos for both movies are included, as well as the non-credit opening and ending for Movie 7.
