Any specially reason for?
The androids are said to show up on May 12th, and if you add up all the time that passes between then and the Cell Games, they take place 14 days later, which would be the 26th.

Such?
Mainly the panel where Boo is destroyed is made much larger and more impressive, and there are a few other minor adjustments to go along with that. Dialogue-wise, Vegeta has an extra line mentioning how happy Goku looks, or something like that.

That's the extra kanzenban pages. I don't have a scan of the original last page, but it was basically the second of those three pages, with that big picture of Goku squeezed and cropped in at the side, and the bottom panel from the first page at the top.

I didn't know about all these changes in the Kanzenban, that makes that collection even more thrilling! 8)

And as for the mistake about Trunks mentionning C-19 and C-20... I didn't even notice it!! So I thought they might have corrected it in the French version.

But I just checked, and yes, in the French retranslation, he does talk about C-19 and C-20 too!
I can't believe it, I'm so deep into the story that apparently my brain auto-corrected that mistake each and everytime I read that part! I've read it many times, and I ALWAYS thought he mentionned C-17 and C-18!!

I didn't know about the extra 3 pages upon Buu's defeat either; thanks for those! Now I just have to wait about 20 years for VizBig to get to that point so I can compare.

I`m pretty sure they will end the DBZ Vizbigs in late 2010 or early 2011. Its still a lot, but at least its not 20 years lol.

For anyone curious about the changes made to chapter 516, here ya go! I included page 12 just for comparisons sake.

Thanks, Huj. The extra pages help the sense of what a major event this is, but it seems odd to me that they went to the trouble of making such a minor change.

Not quite the same, but heard Shaman King Kanzeban would have a few more chapters to give the series an actual ending that it didn't have originally due to cancellation.

It might have been because when it was originally done it was pretty rushed. Same with the ending.

Oh wow.
I've been reading my Kanzenban so long, I actually never knew those pages were added at all!

That's cool to know!
I'm pulling out my Copy of 34 right now to take a look myself XD

Wait, I thought the VizBigs were still Tankoubon?

The Vizbigs are really their own seperate thing. They're based on collecting multiple tankoubon volumes into one edition, but they also have higher print quality on par with the kanzenban, and some of the color chapters in color like the kanzenban have. And they're bigger too, like the kanzenban.

Like Herms said they are their own thing.

It is unknown if they will have those pages or not.

Yuugiou also had recompiled chapter collection books. But I think they called them bunkoban (文庫版) instead of kanzenban (完全版). I've heard there's several small dialogue and art changes to try and clear up some confusing or inconsistent plot points in the final arc.

Kinnikuman also had a correction. In bunkoban 3, Yoshinori Nakai corrected the Romero Special Kinnikuman used on Jessie Maybia as part of the "Fuu Ren Ka Zan" finisher.

Not to go offtopic, but what's the point of the bunkoban? If they would re-release a series in a better format with more chapters a volume, why not go stright to make it a kanzenban? The kanzenban gets bigger, better quality paper and in colors, while the bunkouban is smaller, without colored pages, and the covers are ugly.

What exactly was Vegeta saying on the new last page there, translation-wise?

This is from Julian's translation: "Sooner or later, Kakarrot, I WILL show you defeat... Hmph!"
