I know that they had edited releases, but I was initially wondering if the edited singles came in a boxed set like the uncut versions did

I'm tyring to collect Dragon Ball Z Kai with the Kenji Yamamoto score. What seasons did they use it till until they replaced it with Shunsuke Kikuchi score and how can you tell if a Dragon Ball Z Kai season set has the yamamoto score?

Has there ever been a release of the Dragon ball Z Vegeta Saga II *(Ultimate uncut edition) that included both "Saiyan Invasion" and "Ultimate Sacrifice" in one box set? I know that there was a starter box set that included only one DVD, which also had a mini action figure.
