The Namek/Freeza Arc is my favorite, with the Buu Arc being my second favorite. What made the Freeza Arc my favorite is:

-The constant cat-and-mouse between the three warring groups trying to collect the Dragon Balls.
-Enemies becoming allies to take on the Ginyu Force.

I still love Dragon Ball, but One Piece is my favorite anime now, followed by Hunter X Hunter.

Probably my least favorite arc. It wasn't terrible by any means, but I just did not enjoy it as much as the other arcs.

I like Kid Boo, but I don't think he should have been the final boss. Even if he was similar to Cell, I feel like Super Boo pre-absorption or Bootenks would have been a more fitting final boss than Kid Boo.

Vegetto vs. Ultimate Boo. No matter what Boo did, Vegetto did better. Even as a piece of candy, Boo was just helpless to do anything.

Dragon Ball: I enjoyed every single arc.

-SSJ 2 Gohan, Supreme Kai, Tien, and Piccolo, would fight Fat Boo together, but will fail horribly.

-Goku would stall Fat Boo, using only SSJ 2.

-After fighting Boo, Goku returns to the lookout to teach the boys fusion, and Boo kills Babidi. After a day has passed, Goku ...

Out of all the villains, I would choose either Freeza or Bebi as the final bad guy.

Overrated:
Broli: I like Broli somewhat, but his fans annoys the crap out of me.

Perfect Cell: Fans say he is the best villain in DBZ. I have to disagree with this.I found him extremely dull and boring. Freeza and Super Boo were better in my opinion.
