Goku loses to Yakon. According to Babidi, Yakon had 800 Kiris, while Super Saiyan Goku had 3,000.
Base Goku is 3,000/50= 60. plus Kaio-Ken x10= 600.
Base Goku was on par with Yakon though.

As fadeddreams5 has said, SSJ rendered it useless. Why go back to using lower multipliers and straining your body, rather than using a better form overall?
