Goku was hurt by a blast from Freeza's random henchmen, plus even if Vegeta didn't die he should have been able to fly to the moon or something given how fast they are. My guess is while the blast did not kill them, it DID knock them out thus allowing Vegeta to suffocate. Even then planet busting IS ...

DBZ...it will never die. Pokemon 2.0 confirmed! I am looking forward to this series though. Do we know who's doing the animation? I'm not expecting Madhouse but I hope they make it look better than the previous series.

Make Broly one of them XD, but nah, i prefer them to be of various races and something new. Hell a curve ball like a legendary Namek or human would be welcomed to me. I just hope they go all out and don't resort to designs like Demigra or something. Characters like Lord Slug, Turles, Broly, Cooler ...

Well a lot of people complained that characters appeared much weaker than they should have been. I mean Goku getting cut by glass hurt by a giant clock ect. I liked the concept of certain enemies like General Rildo, but I think the only ones fighting for GT are the ones that liked the new SSJ ...

Maybe if they did something different with him and not shohorn him into everything like he's still relevant. In almost any new media he's in the guy is either a complete jobber and taken out in one shot by one of the Z (S) fighters, or completely overpowered enough to take on SSJ4 Gogeta. Still part ...
